1. Hizmet nedir

Chill2gether, katılımcıların kendi hesaplarıyla kendi cihazlarında izlediği videonun oynatmasını senkronlar ve aralarında görüntülü sohbet kurar. Video içeriği sağlamaz, barındırmaz, kopyalamaz, indirmez veya yeniden yayınlamaz.

2. Sorumluluğunuz

• İzlediğiniz platformun kendi kullanım şartlarına uymak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
• Her katılımcının geçerli bir aboneliği olmalıdır. Hesap paylaşımı bu aracın amacı değildir.
• Odalara yalnızca tanıdığınız kişileri davet edin. Oda kodunu bilen herkes katılabilir.

3. Kötüye kullanım

Taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi, yasa dışı içerik paylaşımı ve başkalarının rıza dışı kaydedilmesi yasaktır. Odalar davet esaslı olduğundan moderasyon öncelikle sizdedir:

• Rahatsız eden katılımcıyı panelden susturabilir veya odadan çıkabilirsiniz.
• Oda kodunu değiştirerek yeni bir oda kurabilirsiniz.

4. Garanti ve sorumluluk

Yazılım "olduğu gibi" sunulur (MIT lisansı). Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Platformlar arayüzlerini değiştirdiğinde senkron geçici olarak bozulabilir.

5. Marka

Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube ve Disney+ kendi sahiplerinin tescilli markalarıdır. Chill2gether bu şirketlerle bağlı değildir, onlar tarafından onaylanmamıştır ve desteklenmemektedir. Marka adları yalnızca uyumluluğu tanımlamak için geçmektedir.

1. What the service is

Chill2gether synchronises playback of video that participants watch on their own devices using their own accounts, and connects them by video chat. It does not provide, host, copy, download or re-stream any video content.

2. Your responsibilities

• Complying with the terms of the streaming platform you use is your responsibility.
• Each participant must hold a valid subscription. This tool is not intended for account sharing.
• Invite only people you know. Anyone with the room code can join.

3. Abuse

Harassment, threats, hate speech, unlawful content and recording others without consent are prohibited. Rooms are invite-only, so moderation rests primarily with you: you can mute a participant from the panel, leave the room, or start a new room with a different code. 4. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is" under the MIT licence, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Synchronisation may break temporarily when platforms change their interfaces.

5. Trademarks

Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and Disney+ are trademarks of their respective owners. Chill2gether is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Their names appear solely to describe compatibility.
