1. Veri sorumlusu

Chill2gether, Türkiye'de yerleşik bir bireysel geliştirici tarafından geliştirilen açık kaynaklı bir araçtır. İletişim: tasdelengokturk@gmail.com

2. Hangi veriler işlenir

• Kamera ve mikrofon akışı: Katılımcılar arasında doğrudan (P2P WebRTC) iletilir. Sunucularımıza hiç ulaşmaz, kaydedilmez, saklanmaz.
• Oda kodu: Rastgele üretilen kısa bir metin. Yalnızca oturum süresince sunucunun belleğindedir; oda boşaldığında anında silinir. Kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez.
• IP adresi: Loglanmaz ve saklanmaz. Her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi bağlantı kurulurken teknik olarak görünür, ancak hiçbir yere yazılmaz. Bu kısıt kod düzeyinde denetlenmektedir (test/privacy.test.cjs).
• Oynatma durumu: Duraklat/oynat/atla komutları ve saniye cinsinden konum bilgisi katılımcılar arasında iletilir. Saklanmaz.
• İzlenen videonun adresi: Odadakilerin aynı videoyu açabilmesi için, izlediğiniz sayfanın adresi (örneğin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...) oda üyeleriyle paylaşılır ve sinyal sunucusundan geçer. Yalnızca odanın en güncel adresi sunucunun belleğindedir; oda boşaldığında oda koduyla birlikte anında silinir, geçmiş tutulmaz. Yalnızca YouTube, Prime Video ve Netflix adresleri paylaşılır; başka bir adres ne gönderilir ne kabul edilir. Odanızdaki kişi bir video açınca sayfanız o videoya gider - bu, birlikte izlemenin çalışması için gereklidir; bu yüzden yalnızca tanıdığınız kişilerle aynı odada bulunun.
• Yerel tercihler: Son kullandığınız oda kodu ve ayarlar yalnızca kendi cihazınızda (tarayıcı depolaması) tutulur, bize gönderilmez.
• Sinyal sunucusu sizin seçebildiğiniz bir adrestir. Eklenti penceresindeki "Sinyal sunucusu" alanına başka bir adres yazarsanız yukarıdaki oda kodu ve oynatma durumu o sunucuya gider, bize değil. Kamera ve mikrofon akışı yine doğrudan katılımcılar arasındadır. Yalnızca güvendiğiniz bir adres girin.

İzlediğiniz videonun kendisi hiçbir zaman iletilmez, kopyalanmaz, kaydedilmez veya yeniden yayınlanmaz. Her katılımcı kendi aboneliğiyle kendi cihazında izler.

3. İşleme amacı ve hukuki dayanak

Amaç yalnızca hizmetin çalışmasıdır: katılımcıları eşleştirmek, oynatmayı senkronlamak ve görüntülü sohbeti kurmak. Hukuki dayanak açık rızanızdır (KVKK md. 5; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Kamera ve mikrofon yalnızca siz izin verdikten sonra açılır; izni istediğiniz an geri alabilirsiniz.

4. Üçüncü taraflarla paylaşım

Hiçbir veri satılmaz, reklama veya analitiğe aktarılmaz. Üçüncü taraf takip aracı, reklam ağı veya analitik hizmeti kullanılmamaktadır. Kısıtlı ağlarda bağlantı kurabilmek için bir TURN röleleme sunucusu devreye girebilir; bu durumda şifreli medya trafiği o sunucu üzerinden geçer ancak içeriği çözülemez ve saklanmaz.

5. Saklama süresi

Sunucuda kalıcı veri tutulmadığından saklama süresi yoktur. Oda bilgisi yalnızca oturum boyunca bellekte kalır ve oda boşaldığında silinir. Veritabanı yoktur.

6. Haklarınız

KVKK md. 11 ve GDPR Art. 15-21 uyarınca erişim, düzeltme, silme, işleme itiraz ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahipsiniz. Kalıcı veri tutulmadığı için silinecek bir kayıt bulunmamaktadır; yine de talepleriniz için yukarıdaki adresten ulaşabilirsiniz.

7. Güvenlik

Kamera ve mikrofon akışı WebRTC standardı gereği DTLS-SRTP ile uçtan uca şifrelenir. Sinyal bağlantısı TLS (wss://) üzerinden kurulur.

8. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Çerez kullanılmaz. Tarayıcı depolaması yalnızca işlevsel amaçlıdır (oda kodu, tercihler) ve cihazınızdan dışarı çıkmaz.

9. Çocuklar

Bu hizmet 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

10. Değişiklikler

Politika değişirse bu sayfadaki tarih güncellenir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır.

1. Controller

Chill2gether is an open-source tool developed by an individual developer based in Turkiye. Contact: tasdelengokturk@gmail.com

2. Data processed

• Camera and microphone streams: transmitted directly between participants (P2P WebRTC). They never reach our servers and are never recorded or stored.
• Room code: a short random string, held in server memory only for the duration of the session and deleted the moment the room empties. Not linked to your identity.
• IP address: never logged or stored. As with any internet connection it is technically visible while connecting, but it is not written anywhere. This constraint is enforced by an automated test (test/privacy.test.cjs).
• Playback state: play/pause/seek commands and a position in seconds are relayed between participants. Not stored.
• The address of the video being watched: so that everyone in the room can open the same video, the address of the page you are watching (for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...) is shared with the room and passes through the signalling server. Only the room's current address is held in server memory; it is deleted the moment the room empties, along with the room code, and no history is kept. Only YouTube, Prime Video and Netflix addresses are shared; any other address is neither sent nor accepted. When someone in your room opens a video, your page navigates to it — this is what makes watching together work, so only share a room with people you know.
• Local preferences: your last room code and settings stay in your own browser storage and are never sent to us.
• The signalling server is an address you choose. If you enter a different address in the extension popup's "Sinyal sunucusu" field, the room code and playback state above go to that server, not to us. Camera and microphone streams still flow directly between participants. Only enter an address you trust.

The video you watch is never transmitted, copied, recorded or re-streamed. Each participant plays it on their own device using their own subscription.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The sole purpose is to make the service work: matching participants, synchronising playback and establishing the video call. The legal basis is your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); Turkish KVKK Art. 5). Camera and microphone are activated only after you grant permission, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing

No data is sold or shared for advertising or analytics. No third-party tracking, advertising or analytics services are used. On restricted networks a TURN relay may carry the encrypted media; it cannot decrypt or store the content.

5. Retention

No persistent data is kept, so there is no retention period. Room state exists in memory only during the session. There is no database.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR Art. 15-21 and KVKK Art. 11 you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. As no persistent records exist there is nothing stored to erase, but you may contact us at the address above.

7. Security

Media is end-to-end encrypted with DTLS-SRTP as required by WebRTC. The signalling connection uses TLS (wss://).

8. Cookies and local storage

No cookies are used. Browser storage is strictly functional (room code, preferences) and never leaves your device.

9. Children

This service is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated and significant changes are announced in the app.
